Once your account has been created and confirmed, you should now be able to open the link to the recording that we sent.
If you'd like to access the video from this account, in the "Add a note" section write: "I [first name] [last name] am requesting address from this email address instead of the one I signed up with, which was [email address the link was sent to]". Then click the blue button that says "Request Access". When we receive the request we will add the email address from your google account to the "permissions" list and remove the email address that you registered with.
Scenario 2: You do not have a Google Account
Scenario 1: You have a Google Account but it is affiliated with a different email address than the one you registered with.
If this is the case, you will likely get a pop up that looks something like this.
In order to ensure that only authorized users can access the recording, and to protect the instructor's intellectual property, we have set it up such that only users with a Google Account matching one of the emails of registered participants are able to open the link. Please follow the steps below depending on which message you are getting when you try to open the link.
If this is the case, you will get a pop up prompting you to create Google Account. To do that, first click the blue line that says "Use my current email address instead" (see below pic):
Next click the blue line that says "Create Account" (see pic below):
Next create your account by entering the email address you used to sign up for the workshop with (not "Create a new Gmail address"), your first and last name, and a password.
